About Me.
Let my AI avatar tell you about why you need to add me to your roster
Hi, I’m Tiffany.
I’ve spent the last two decades in the "messy middle" of marketing, the space where big, ambitious ideas meet the cold, hard reality of execution. Most recently, I served as the Interim Director of Digital Marketing & CRM at T-Mobile. During a massive acquisition, I was asked to help migrate 5 million customers, protect revenue, and most importantly, keep the human element alive during a high-stakes transition.
What I actually do: I blend the "left brain" of data and unit economics with the "right brain" of storytelling. I’ve managed $25M+ budgets and 85 million annual customer interactions, but I’ve also spent years learning that a spreadsheet can tell you what is happening, but it rarely tells you why. My job is to find that "why" and build the systems and teams to solve for it.
A dose of reality: I’m a "people-first" leader, which is a nice way of saying I care more about my team’s growth than my own ego. I’m competitive (blame the former athlete in me), but I’ve learned that the scoreboard only matters if the team actually enjoys playing the game together.
What I’m not so great at:
-
Sitting quietly: If I hear "that’s the way we’ve always done it," my brain starts looking for the exit. I believe business as usual is the enemy of impact.
-
Sugarcoating: You’ll always know where you stand with me. I value directness and transparency. I lead with an "open-book" philosophy, cutting through the noise to solve problems collaboratively rather than managing optics.
-
Top-down leadership with little autonomy: If I wanted to be a "yes woman," I'd have chosen a much quieter career.

Why I do it: I have a "fire in my belly" for action, growth and results. I love the sweet spot where data, creativity, and culture collide to build brands people actually care about. I believe in running marketing like a business, with rigor, accountability, and just enough scrappiness to keep things interesting. If you’re looking for a partner to help navigate a pivot, scale a team, or just talk about why "business as usual" is the enemy of impact, I’d love to connect.

Fun facts:

Born and raised in New York, I’ve now spent more than half my life in Chicagoland. A lifelong athlete, I bring my competitive spirit to everything I do, because, let’s be honest, who enjoys losing? Sports has shaped my teamwork, resilience, dedication, determination, and leadership, all of which fuel my career.

I take pride in my gift-giving skills, never pass up a chance to try a new brewery. The sun literally and figuratively brightens my day, in addition to my kids of course. Halloween is my favorite holiday, and I take costumes very seriously (no lazy ghost sheets in my house)! In my rare free time, I’m all about documentaries, traveling, concerts, coaching my kids, sporting events, golfing, and trying new things.
